    email address. You may add, delete, or change profile information, such as a photograph, mailing address, website address, facsimile number, biographical summary, education, job history, interests, certifications, honors and awards, professional
    groups and associations, and social networks in which you participate. Once you register, you will be able to view, change, and delete profile information and elect whether to make it accessible through this Site.

You may view communities on the Site to which you have been given access rights; you may publish documents or make postings in these communities. However, you should not post any information or other material protected by copyright without the permission
of the copyright owner.

Information That We Automatically Collect or Generate About You

  • Networks. Networks are groups of members that are automatically built based on the certifications, interests, job history and education that you have specified in your profile
  • Cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies on the Site but do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on the
    Site.  Some of the cookies that we use are permanent, or persistent, cookies. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. Our persistent cookies will be retained until you fully log out of the Site. You can remove
    persistent cookies by following directions provided in your Internet browser’s “help” file. We use cookies to recognize you when you return to the Site in the future, in order to make it appear that the Site remembers some of the choices you made

Through the Inbox feature on the Site, members of communities on the Site may contact you to invite you to become their contact, join a community, or send you a message. Notifications will be stored in your Inbox.  These notifications may also be forwarded

user, except for the required registration information (name, email address, and password). If you notify us that you wish to terminate your registration, all profile information that is specifically tied to your account (i.e., not including aggregate
information) will be deleted and no longer retained on our systems. Since we backup our data regularly, it may take up to three months for deleted account data to disappear from our systems. Notwithstanding the foregoing, messages that you post on interactive
portions of the Site cannot be deleted by terminating your registration.  We reserve discretion to determine how long to make public messages and postings available through the Site. You may remove items that you post as documents or postings on the Site,
but items cannot be selectively revised once they are posted on the Site. Content that you make available to others may be stored and used outside of the Site, so you should consider this before making any information available to others. If you use a
bulletin board or chat room on the Site, you should be aware that any information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the information
